Can bulb be reached without removing anything? I.e. open bottom on glass?

If you have small hands. Much easier to remove glass lenses. Just takes a quarter turn and it comes right off.

Need to wire plug yourself. We already had wiring so my husband just removed the old lights and wired in the new ones. But he has had experience . Not for a novice to try. Get an electrician.
