Bought for my grandmother as she's had a few falls. Excellent device. Works well and has given her back her confidence and made her feel safe. WiFi connects well. Easy to use. The alarm in the house is very loud but overall great device

Excellent, value for money caregiver pager
Easy to do a basic set-up. Have found it harder to understand setting up on phone.Doesn't seem to be a volume adjustment on the alarm bell. So if situated in carers bedroom overnight can be a real shocker of a wake-up call !!!This is seriously and excellent piece of kit that doesn't have to be used with any monthly (packages) just plug & use.

Simple Solution for that peace of mind
I looked to pay for a company to provide an alarm system for my elderly mother which was typically going to run at £5-£10 a week dependent on the service and what you have installed.Then I saw this and with the reviews and the price - thought well its the same probably as 5 weeks from a traditional company providing the service so what's to loose!It was so easy to setup but when you do make sure you turn off the sound - my is it loud !With the watch and the buttons placed around the home it has now given us that peace of mind that if we nip out and there is a problem my elderly mother can simply press the button on one of the device and we get the alert to our phone. Works great - just remember to take the watch off before bed time otherwise you might be getting those unexpected alerts - LOL!Can highly recommend to anyone needing that simple peace of mind for those loved ones you care for.

Difficulty connecting to Internet and difficult to navigate settings
Worked well, but couldn't change the alarm sound because the devise wouldn't connect to the Internet so I couldn't change tge alarm sound from the horrible police siren and you can't hear alternative choices of the alarm sound until you select them. The settings of the system is cryptic and difficult to understand and navigate, not very user friendly and I have a media degree!

Dad has dementia and Parkinson’s and lives alone so it’s piece of mind to know he can press the button if he needs helpSound on the box is very loud but can be turned off. Installation was easy

Good but not fully working. Faulty watch.
The item works with the fob, but not the watch. It will not pair up no matter what! Customer service is non existent with no reply.Software easy to install and setup. Sends notifications to all mobile phones with a WiFi/mobile data signal. Alarm on phone is as loud as your notification volume is set to.Just a shame the watch isn't working, and no response from the sellers. Otherwise good product using the key fob.
