I am pleasantly surprised that this is perhaps the best pillow I have ever had. It's super resilient. The thing I don't like is that it is so comfortable I regularly drool on my pillowcase. What's that about?

They are really very comfort able I am able to sleep all thru the night.

Vacuum sealed. Waiting 24 hours to see if they expand. UPDATE: After a bit of pulling and plumping, these expanded to standard size pillows. They don't feel "cooling". They feel like basic pillows. Too expensive.

I needed an upgrade for my leg pillow (need a pillow under my legs since back surgery). Other pillows don't hold up and flatten out after a few months. This one seems to have great support and love it so far. It is quite firm but should be adjustable with removal of some filling if needed. It is quite shocking when it arrives as vacuum sealed in a small fabric bag and plastic bags. Once unpacked, they expand beautifully to their full size. I hope they stay firm and keep their shape for a long time. Sidenote; I've used the same memory foam pillow (not shredded) for over 15 years as my main pillow. They came with our S&F mattress and seem to last forever. Hoping these last half that long.
