Etymotic ER20XS-UF-C High Fidelity Reusable Earplugs [Clamshell Box] Ultra-Compact Comfortable Hearing Protection for Concerts, Festivals, Sports, -20dB Even Volume Reduction, Standard+Large+Foam Tips

I have used these ER-20XS earplugs at a couple of rehearsal now and, in comparison to two other makes of earplugs that I have used in the past, they do a better job of reducing the volume of the sound more evenly across all of the frequencies. My only only issue with them is that even though they are listed as a "universal fit", even the smaller size earplug is slightly too big for my left ear canal for a truly comfortable fit. But, they do the job - they work!

Giving this only 4 stars because they can feel a little itchy with the type of plastic/silicone they use. I am still able to wear them for long periods, but sometimes they feel like they need adjusting. However the sound with these are impeccable! Much better than earpeace. Very clear and I never have the ringing in my ears.

Very good product for concerts and loud environments. I am used to etymotic headphones so I find it the same fit.

Genuinely impressed with these, they filter fairly evenly across the spectrum and I didn't feel like I was loosing fidelity in any noticeable way.

Dreadful fit and just plain average noise reduction.

They are decent for concerts, they reduce the volume way down and the mysic is decently clear. However, they only seem to really mute super loud music, so theyre not great for noise cancellation or isolation. At first they were quite uncomfortable and painful, but thats because i was burrying them too deep. Keep trying ways of putting them in and eventually theyre comfortable enough to where you dont notice them

Great earplugs, they don't muffle the sound, just make it quieter. Used these for several very loud gigs at the Brixton Academy and they worked really well. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that the case is very tricky to snap closed properly, as a consequence I've lost my first pair to the streets of London. A different style of case would be better (maybe with a screw lid).

Honestly this are really bad only reduce 5db max and there is hi cut when you use it not flat at all

Went to a live music concert the other day and the only decent place was near the speakers (probably for obvious reasons). Had Etymotic ear plugs in place and had the feeling of being 20 meters away from the speakers. There was no music quality loss and thoroughly enjoyed the concert.... The next day, no buzzing noise in my ears!!!! The people that came with me didn't even notice I had them on... until the end of the concert because I told them. Hopefully they will change their minds also....

Fui al concierto de Fall Out Boy que tiene bastantes fuegos artificiales y para nada ni el sonido más fuerte me incomodó, tengo algo en el oído izquierdo que provoca que con el ruido fuerte escuche como bocina tronando, pero con estos taponcitos solo un momento sentí la sensación, por lo demas estuvo excelente! Los recomiendo mucho para conciertos ya que la reducción de sonido es buena y te deja escuchar bien al artista, el precio está muy bien

I tappi sono come sempre ottimi, però questa versione secondo me è un pochino più scomoda. Infatti il tappo termina con una forma piatta e non ha un supporto sufficientemente lungo che possa essere usato per prenderlo e tirarlo fuori dall'orecchio. Il modo più pratico diventa alla fine tirare il cordino. A parte questo funziona alla grande.
