If you can’t take probiotics…
I was already taking triphala and trikatu so when I discovered this it really reduced my symptoms. And so much better than probiotics!

Pleasantly surprised
I wanted to find an alternative to taking probiotics. After being in an accident a year and a half ago, my digestion has been out of whack. My medication also tends to make my bloated and feel gassy. Probiotics didn't really help me at all, so I thought I would try this. I have seen and felt a vast improvement in my gassiness and bloating. My all-around digestion has improved taking this product. Glad I tried it!

Has latex in the form of papaya
I tried this a couple of years ago & just came across the old folded box cleaning the kitchen junk drawer. I remembered that nothing happened but it wasn't unpleasant so I thought I would look at Amazon reviews to see if I did anything wrong & now the product description has a big papaya slice & I have a latex allergy. I don't know if the formula always had papaya but if it did, that's why it didn't do anything back then (the inflammation from ingesting an allergen locks me up: it's how I found out psyllium is a pretty common allergen lol). All's well that ends well, I like Himalaya's products a lot. Take care, everyone.

Really helps my bloating!
This is by far the best probiotic I have taken. Helps so much with bloating. Will definitely buy again.

Heartburn reflux is gone
I had been taking the otc reflux medicines for over a year. They never fully worked and resulted in bloating and weight gain. After 2 days taking this supplement my reflux was gone, bloat gone, lost 3 pounds. It definitely works. I will say the first 2 days taking it I had very vivid dreams.

Really works!
Great product. Helps with digestion issues. Helps with bloating with food that I would get. Naturally helps my body better digest previously hard to digest foods. In my 40s started to get a lot of digestion issues, this product really helps with bloating and gas. I have more energy, don't feel as sluggish after eating. Less digestion issues, it truly works.
