I am 5'4", 185 lbs., 44" bust, 37" waist, 44" hips, a 36H, and usually opt for an L in shapewear. I got an XL and L in these in the cafe au lait color, and it fit great everywhere for the most part. The XL was the better size. The color was great for the semi-tan white skin I have; most colors are so pale that they show through which these didn't. My only issues were that it is a little long for my torso (came right up to the base of my boobs) which caused it to roll down, and it almost felt like tearing when pulling them up and down. The nice thing is that the torso being too long was basically remedied by adjusting it to not be pulled up as high, and this didn't cause it to wrinkle at all. Highly recommend!!

Poor quality. Very hard and uncomfortable. Will not buy again. This is not a Spanx product. It is a cheap imitation.

El material del que esta hecho es poco resistente, al ponermelo por tercera vez se ha roto por la costura. La tela es como si fuera un panty pero muy espesa, no apta para cuerpos curvy. O por lo menos hay que ir con mucho cuidado al ponértela

Es transpirable, cómodo y fácil de poner y quitar. Muy recomendable.
