I've bought a camera 1st week of April 24, and it performs very well, with good Image & Video quality. Whenever I had difficulty in installation send a WhatsApp message to customer care Ms. Shetty had called me and guided me to the process steps and it went well. Appreciate the entire team for providing good service as well.

Very good quality

No issue with motion detection. You'll get push notifications at your phone. It's alarm is quite loud. Burglar will stand no chance and will run away. Talk back feature work well. Don't expect crystal clear sound, but yes you can talk to the visitor clearly. This camera needs 24X7 power supply in order to record continuously. Better to connect with inverter supply if electricity supply is not good in your area. You get 1month cloud storage free, which can be accessed through your mobile app which is 'IP PRO' . Camera records in both SD and HD quality. Installation is easy if you are having drill machine with your self. Or simply get an electrician for installation. Best for outdoor as it comes with IP ratings.

The camera price, quality and features are really good! Perfect for outdoors. Only thing that I did not like is they don’t have their own application to view and control camera. We should download 3rd party apps.
