Really comfortable chair, looks exactly like it’s photo, one needs to assemble its legs though very easy assembly. I initially ordered one to see the quality, I was satisfied so ordered a second one. The second one had a defect so they immediately replaced the chair. Really good and efficient customer service as well. I will recommend this item.
