Not even a year old (10 months) and a crack has developed and started leaking. This was not at the seam but was on the edge along the bottom side. Guessing it's just a cheap plastic. It has never had alcohol gas in it, I only run 100% gas. There's no mounting bolts along the bottom no way to say it was improperly installed.

Just what my husband needed for a replacement. He says it was perfect .

Didn't get to install it until after the return window, looks good, but leaks bad at the center seam. Some of the other reviews said the same thing, I took a chance and it's a piece of non returnable junk. Don't Buy !

The first one leaked where the upper and lower halves meet.

Exact fit for my 8hp briggs, at 1/3 of the cost. Just like oem. Maybe better.

I bought this new tank to replace the cracked and leaking tank on my tiller in July 2023. The new tank remained in my garage boxed up till mid May 2024. I needed to use the tiller, removed and installed the new tank fresh from the box and it is leaking around the midway seal where the plastic is welded. Over 30 day S. O. L. on replacement.

The products looks good a fits well but the seam after about two months started leaking. Not sure if I just got a faulty one or if it is just poorly made. Most likely would not buy it again.

I would not buy this product 1st time I filled it after install it leaked at the seam so now I'm out the return and out a fuel tank definitely not worth the money china crap
