Summit Treestands Universal Bow Holder

Almost didn’t order this for my wife due to the bad review. Lots of the reviews said the the couldn’t get it tighten enough that the bow wouldn’t move. We didn’t have any problem with it and she’s used in on about 6 sits. Seems to be as tight as the day I put it on. I will say that the plastic nut can dig into your back when carrying the stand. I was able to adjust the backpack straps so it didn’t dig in. I think think that I might just put a regular hex nut on, cut the bolt and wrap it in camo vet wrap. Just ordered another for my stand.

I use this for my bow and my rifle. It's small and doesn't get in the way of anything. It does loosen up from time to time but it's easy just to tighten it back up. Great if you just need something simple.

The media could not be loaded. It’s not a matter of if you will drop your bow, It is only a matter of when it will fall out of your tree stand. Bought this item to put on my summit tree stand, I bought the footrest and was satisfied with that design, but this looks like a cheap aftermarket thought. It is made of very soft metal and you have to crank the down extremely tight to even get it somewhat secure. Very disappointed in this product.My bow took a spill because of the soft metal allowing it to rotate and strip out the inadequate bracket shallow notches.

I have used this on 4 hunting trips already. It was easy to install, make sure you adjust the tilt forward enough. Holds my Diamond bow without problems.

Cheap materials I believe. The insert that has the multiple adjusting points stripped out. So it will spin freely with the slightest amount of weigh put on it. Will be calling Summit about this tomorrow. Hopefully they will make it right. Update 10-27-23 Summit has sent a replacement after going through their warranty process. Awaiting to receive now. I will update to 3 stars from 1 star for the customer service experience.

I bought this to put on my Summit Mini Viper climber. If you’re like me, you have a hard to trying to find where to put your bow and feel crowded, because you have it laying across you. This product has helped with just that! I attached this and I couldn’t be more pleased! My Hoyt RX4 fits perfectly in it and it is super easy to slide out of as well. I have a hard time trying to get my bow to stand straight up, but I think the weight of my bow may be the problem. Overall, I absolutely love the product!

Easy to set up. Really strong and secure. Coated, quiet materials. Fits my Rivers Edge hang on foot rest and most ladder stands too.

I modified this to mount to my platform and hold a Go-Pro. Works well for a bow-holder too.
