I’m usually a medium. I had to return it because it was too small. I couldn’t even stretch it.

I was looking back and fourth finding cheaper ones but these reviews made me just buy it because it’s a good investment towards whatever goal your trying to achieve. I have back pain from big 00 so it was that and I’m trying to work on my posture. Of course a smaller waist would be great too. But it definitely straightened my back and lifted my 00. I got a medium and I’m 5 3’ about 180, let’s just say I did contemplate on getting a medium when I first put it on. After I put it on it was fine I think since it hasn’t been used it was just a little stiff. You can kind of see how much it lifted

This faja will SNATCH you up. But it runs small. I’m usually a medium but a 36DD. I had to return for a large. Very soft, very gets the job done but be aware of your waist size

It’s so comfortable and way easier to put on than I first expected. It makes me feel more confident and it supports my back. It doesn’t suffocate me it just reshapes my figure. HIGHLY recommend spending the money for this.
