Makes no difference at all. Figured I'd give it a try. What did I have to lose except $7.49?

I work in an office building, and my desk is a dead zone. I bought these thinking they wouldn’t do anything, but, miracle of miracles, after I applied the stickers, my cell reception shot up to 3 bars of 5G! I am shocked, but they work as intended. Even gave one to a co-worker, and now he has cell reception too! 10/10

After following directions, I did not need to move around in my residence for cell calls. Reception, however remained the same on the number of times calls broke up, or were hard to hear. Number of dropped calls were reduced slightly, number of times outgoing calls encountered problems did not change. Cost is negligible, so I felt it was worth the try, however in fairness, it may be attributed to cell tower company coverage. My provider uses AT&T which has been great everywhere else in my market.

This doesn't work I put 2 of them on my phone and it still don't work. It's a waste of money.
