Multi-fit fix for a common repair.
These levers can be a ride saver. A random tip over may break a lever, leaving you without use of the clutch or front brake. This is a decent cast offering ready to install on any 7/8 inch handlebar. Simple to swap out with basic tools and they work well. Not over-tightening your mounting bolts can allow the lever assembly to rotate during a tip over occasionally preventing your new perch or lever from breaking. But when it does, the reasonable price makes having a few of these on hand well worth the investment, especially if you can help another rider who wouldn’t have been able to continue their day riding without one.
