First Kid

Never gets old, entire family loves this movie.

Funny and a classic movie.

Sinbad, Robert Guillaume, Brock Pierce and Zachery Ty Bryon arrive from four directions to provide realhumor. Brock Pierce starred in "The Mighty Ducks" before acting as the President's rebellious 14-year-old Son Luke, with Sinbad in the role of the Secret Service agent Sam Simms. Both of them reach a truce when Zachery Ty Bryan (Home Improvement) enters as the class bully. Both of them become good friends when Simms teaches Luke to overcome the bully at school. Despite oversight by his Supervisor (Robert Guillaume) Simms aided Luke to untie his tongue to reach a lovely girl in his class. The humor really surfaces when the mystery Internet buddy is a point man to lure Luke away from Simms in acrowded mall so that fun and games morph into a life-and-death confrontation. I was amazed those two black comedians and a two white-boy duo were the ideal acting teams to be designated as "Disney's Best Comedy in years!" Very, very well done and worth a five-gold-star rating!

good movie

Sinbad is one of my favorite clean comedic actors. He hits it out of the ballpark again with being the number one agent in America. Get ready for some weird, corny, funny stuff

This movie met so much to get I use to watch it as a kid so when I saw it I had to get it when purchased it it gave me and date the date they gave is when it came and it was Neatly packaged up

I bought this DVD along with Houseguest (also starring Sinbad) and have really enjoyed it. First Kid is witty and yet has a good message as well. Brock Pierce plays Luke, the 13 year old son of Paul Davenport, the President of the United States. Some would consider him a brat but the truth is he is smothered by his handlers and his life changes when Sam Simms (Sinbad) becomes his new bodyguard. The adventures start rolling from there as sinbad give him advice on life and ladies, both having funny consequences. He takes a genuine interest in the kid, even though no one else wants the job. I don't want to give away the plot, but you should see this one. It's funny.Robert Guillaume joins Sinbad with a good performance. If you like Sinbad, you'll really get a kick out of this. If not, you will still like it. It's harmless fun and that matters these days..... Enjoy.

Sinbad is a comedic genius and it shows in this movie. I love how he demonstrates his comedy chops but also shows tenderness towards his co-star's character. I used to own this movie on VHS but it got damaged during a move. So when I found it again on DVD I knew I had to snap it up.

Typical Disney film but still a great movie..James Naughton makes a great US Presidentperhaps he ought to run for office...I'd GLADLY become a US citizen just so I can vote for him
