Purchased during Great Indian Festival season. It is very Good product. - 4mm matt. - It is Non-slippery and comfortable. - For the first few days it might not get straight when unrolled. But after a few usage it will not roll at the end when opened. -

This mat is a good start for the beginner's who just started doing yoga like me . The mat offers gives good grip and soft enough to protect from the hard or rough surface . The cushioning is also appropriate compared to the thickness. Instead of investing in costly mats first try this get confidence in doing yoga the you can opt higher ones if necessary . The mat is long and wide enough to practise yoga.
