This helped kill the scale on my indoor ficus tree.First, I trimmed the tree and cut it back, taking off all the brown dead leaves and branches. Also cutting way back areas that were very heavy infested with scale like the ends of the branches that were touching the glass on the window.Then I drenched every part of every stem, leaf, underside of leaf, 360 degree trunk coating and all branches, and I also sprayed the soil and rug and floor and container holding the tree as well as the lawn ornaments in the container. This product did not stain or discolor any of those things, nor did it leave a visable residue. I sprayed all around the tree. The floor had been sticky with scale. I sprayed it all until every bit of the tree dripped milky white. Took half the bottle. Then I left it alone to dry and kill the serious infestation of scale I had.I waited a week and I could still see patches on had missed of scale. I sprayed it again, but not as heavy this time. I targeted those remaining scale patches, trimmed off what I could of them if it was easy to take it off instead of spray it. I lightly sprayed the whole tree again and all the trunk and branches and soil.Another week went by and I trimmed off other areas that seemed to have new scale. I did an overall spray again. Now the bottle is just about gone.You would think I killed the tree, but after three weeks I can see new leaves coming out. Light green delicate baby leaves are pushing out the spotty scale leaves. Almost all the old leaves fell off and the scale dried up and flaked off. For now, I don't see any more scale and the floor is no longer sticky.I will order another bottle in case these bugs come back in the spring.Recommended. For me and my tree, so far it has worked.

Best price I could find any where! If you know what this is and what it does price is all that matters! Locally it was 10 dollars or so more! My plants are nice, shiny and healthy now!

Used once before with good results on scales. This bottle doesn’t seem to have the same product? Last one left a nice sheen on the leaves, like an oil….this one is like water. Hoping it doesn’t kill any of my plants, will update review if it does.

Cheaper than buying at the big box stores

I've noticed a difference in the product. This bottle seems to contain plain water. I agree with the reviews from other customers. I used the product twice last year and had good results; it effectively removed scales and helped protect my grapes from white bugs. The previous bottle left a nice sheen on the leaves, almost like an oil, and even made my hands feel oily after spraying, with a distinct oily smell. However, this new bottle is just like water. I returned the first order thinking it was a bad batch, but the replacement is the same—it's just water. Will wait and see the results; if not, I will be returning and exploring other products.

This did a good job eliminating scale insects plaguing my gardenia for a couple of years. I tried so many before this. So glad to have this product now!

It killed every plant I sprayed. DONT BUY. Also they don’t answer the phone or call you back after leaving a message. What a ripoff

I used this on my magnolia tree when it got infested with some weird looking mold bug. I thought the tree was a gonner, but after using this trimming some branches the tree is actually sprouting some new growth so I am excited to see if it will actually come back next summer.
