I’ve been taking this product for a month and a half now and have seen a great benefit in my health and overall performance. I like the clean, natural, and limited ingredients, getting them all in one simple supplement. Update in March 2024 I recently finished these. I cannot tell that these did anything for pain. Can't tell that my heart/breathing issues are better, etc. I am happy for those it's helped but I can't tell it did anything for myself. There may be benefits, but none that I can tell physically. Will not rebuy. I took this for the heart benefits and to see if it would help with pain. I am bone on bone knee and I can't tell a difference on this. I am on my first bottle though and have only been on them for a couple of weeks. Not real impressed, but I am hoping that it accumulates in my system over time. We'll see.
