Good quality cocktail onions are a must if you want to make a Gibson. These are subtle and sweet and make a proper drink. The were not stale or in any way past their sell-by date and came quickly to my door. So I am happy. What is a Gibson? It's a Martini with cocktail onions instead of olives or a twist of lemon peal. Think Cary Grant in the dining car in "North by Northwest". He had a Gibson, and so should you. If you want to give it a go, Collins's jar Snow Whites will come in handy.

These little onions are great! Texture is very crunchy, they look just like the photos! And cheap!

I ordered the onions for the first time and they arrived with the lid totally off and of course the box was soaked. I'm not sure how this would occur except probably not sealed properly at the factory? I won't order this item again.
