These insoles are amazing. The minute I put them in my shoes and on my feet the pain is miraculously gone. I am SO pleased.

I have been using one like this for the past 12 years. This one does as well the job. Much easier for me to leave it in each pair of shoes! Would buy few more of them

These were easy to fit by cutting on the lines they provide to make them smaller. I did not have trouble with them hurting, like so e reviews. Just not sure they really make my feet feel all that much better. But maybe after wearing them more they will provide more comfort.

didn't work for me didn't like how it fit inside any thing if it doesn't fit perfectly inside your shoes it feel awful but if you can get it in your shoe's just right with out it moving when you slide your foot into your shoe it felt good I guess that's the trick finding the sweet spot

Not sure if it works or not did wear them for 2 days in my shoes, they rubbed a blister on both of my feet so I stopped using them.
