I had previously purchased one of these for my mom a few years ago from a medical supply. They have since gone out of business. My mom thought that this would be a great product for her sister who has difficulty with mobility. Mom feels so safe using this she wanted her sister to have the same one. Some shower chairs have hand holes on the seat. This one has side handles which give the user more leverage when sitting and standing. Amazon delivered it to her door, her son assembled it and she was able to use it that night. She loves it and it gives her more independence in her personal care. Great product!

The product seems well made.I must ask either Amazon or the seller …WHY DID IT TAKE THREE WEEKS TO ARRIVE? This is AMAZON PRIME. The product was in stock. Three weeks is way more time than should be expected for an in stock item. Please explain .. There is no way to ask Amazon directly so I have to ask here.

My last shower chair was damaged from the seat screws coming through the top of the seat and poking my tush. This "bench" arrived quickly and was super easy to assemble. The seat is a good size, the legs are height adjustable and the rubber feet seem sturdy. It did seem a little wobbly on the shower floor, but that may have been the location of the bench. Overall, pleased with this purchase

I LOVE this bath seat. It was soo easy to assemble. Everything just popped in. The guides made it easy to make it the right heigth for you. I had it assembled in no time, less than 5 minutes. I purchased this for my elderly parents. It was extremely easy to assemble (took 5 minutes at the most), is sturdy, and fit (just barely) in their 60-year old tub.
