So far so good 1 month of service. No risk of running out of water for my cats, unless power goes out I guess. Keeps it fresh looking and I think it's better than a water bowl for them to drink from.

I liked this water fountain so much I bought a second one. I like that the light is not too bright at night but you can still see the water level. It's easy to clean and the replacement filters are easy to get

We purchased this mainly for our super senior cat, who was pawing at bowls and pans of water... and dragging them across the floor. He had no issues with this design. The fountain was easy to assemble and quiet.

Product is great and quiet. Cats love it and we have 3 of them. The -1 star is for longevity. The pumps die after a few months. I think the longest I've went so far is 6. That's a $10-15 replacement cost which isn't ideal.I may need to play around with rigging a higher quality pump to one of these

Holds a lot of water and saves me from filling up all the time, my cats like drinking from running water. It’s easy to take apart and clean and replace the filter.

Very quiet and the water flow is good. As long as the motor keeps running ill love it. I had to get a new one because the motor stopped working the other day. it only lasted about 6 months

Exactly what I expected. Good price.I’ve had this fountain for a few months. My dog and cat both use it. It can get a little nasty inside if you forget to clean it. As long as you clean it about once a week you shouldn’t have a problem.

Have gone through several different water dispensing devices, & the struggle to keep the suckers clean & sanitary has been real. Slimy, cloudy bottoms, floating debris... gross. I'll be honest- my Yorkie has a beard, so everytime she eats the drinks, he washes her face too- lol. So water bowls get nasty quick. Now I won't say that this device keeps the top from getting a bit dirty- food particles being what they are- but the water flowing onto the "shelf" she drinks from is crystal clear & the filters do a great job of keeping the food debris to a minimum. Sliminess is also reduced- but what occurs in the bottom of the fountain is very easy to clean & sanitize (metal not plastic! yay!). Filters are easy to clean and change.Took my pup a bit to get used to it- apparently cats like faucets more than my baby- but she adjusted quickly & uses it fine now. VERY quiet- its in my room & I barely hear it unless its nearly out of water in the basin. The blue light is bright, but not too intrusive at night. No way to shut it off if you want the faucet to run (unplug it & the water on the shallow "shelf" top drains into the bottom basin).The fountain comes equipped with one foam filter & one charcoal/hard water filter, but no extra. So... if you get this, go ahead & purchase some more filters before you need it (roughly 2 weeks after setting up for one & 1 month for the other).Works great & much cleaner than any other pet watering device I've used.
