Just Stopped working!
Only brought this in December for my birthday!, and it just suddenly stopped working! She was so upset! Won't charge won't turn on, it was only ever used on a desk, a couple hours a day!

Lenovo laptop
The computer was very good value, but having paid for next day delivery, that didn't happen. It came later.

No Frills Laptop, Good Performance, Poor Display.
This Lenovo IdeaPad 3 with i5-1135G7 is a good performing laptop especially once I upgraded the 8GB RAM with another module to have 16GB in dual-channel mode, this really gives the graphics a good 10% boost or so. I also added a 512GB SSSD as there was a free bay but had to source the connecting cable from an online supplier for a few quid, it really should be provided since they do provide the caddy for the drive. Then once I switched out of Windows 11 'S Mode' to Home I have a perfectly decent daily use laptop.Except for one big issue, being on the budget level you can't expect premium quality components but the display really is disappointing, it is Full HD @1920x1080 but uses old TN technology and has terrible viewing angles, worse than I remember from some laptops back in the 1990s. If you have the laptop on a desk and you use it sitting down in the same postion this is not such a problem but if you like to stand up or show others the screen it really becomes difficult to deal with the huge variation in contrast and visibility.A smaller issue is the visibility of the keyboard in dim light, there is no backlight and the dark keys on a dark faceplate are difficult to make out in low light, I have to use a study light shining down on the keyboard in the evenings.But I do use the laptop a lot as I'm waiting for the next gen of intel processors to rival mac processors before I upgrade to something quite a bit more expensive, this will do for now.

Cannot download Google Chrome on this laptop
This laptop is a nightmareUnable to download Google Chrome because of the S mode . It says remove the S Mode ,It then says not is S Mode but cannot download Chrome.

New and very slow end very hard to work with
Microsoft is very slow and all the time is asking for an update for everything.At this price I was expecting something decent not good!!!
