I love how much vitamin D is in these vitamins and that it’s paired with vitamin K. Super smooth and easy to swallow pills with no weird aftertaste. Great price for how many you get. Would definitely recommend!

I received the supplement 2 days after ordering. It arrived unbroken and the gel caps were not melted or stuck together. First let me describe the product: they are very small and easy to swallow. No odor and no taste.I have had to take Vitamin D for sometime as prescribed by my provider. My D blood levels were really low - less than 12ng/ml and I would be prescribed a once-a-week prescription of 50,000 IUs to take once a week for 12 weeks. My blood level would be where it needed to be - greater than 20ng/ml. But when I had to return in 3 months for repeat blood work, the level was back down below 12ng/ml. And, I would get another prescription not for a weekly dose. My insurance company no longer covers Vitamin D and I have to purchase over-the-counter. I saw the Naturebell promotion for D3 + K2 supplement and reviewed it with my provider. She said that 10,000 IUs per day is in the upper range for a dose (this is the amount one would get from direct sunlight). As I don't seem to retain/absorb it well and my sunlight exposure is limited, she was okay with the 10,000 IU dose. She will check my blood level again in 3-4 months.I have now been taking the D3 + K2 for almost 3 weeks and have had no adverse side effects. I feel good, energy level is more consistant since taking daily. I take 1 everying morning ... I try to take with a fatty food like butter on toast or cheese in an omelette as the fat helps it to be better absorbed. I do drink coffee and caffiene does interfere with the absorption somewhat. I also have some gut issues that interfere with absorption. The 10,000 IUs should be just right. So far, I am very pleased.As to the K2 helping with the absorpiton of calcium to the bones -- I'll have to wait and see. I had a bone scan done about 2 months ago and will repeat in about a year. I'm 74 years old and am looking forward to this supplement helping with some "old age" issues.I have used Naturebell products in the past (I am still using their Magnesium) and have been very satisfied. I have confidence in their products.

This is one of the better vitamin D3 & K2 Mk7 capsules in my opinion.I've used them once before and tried other brands but this one is the best in terms of overall effectiveness & value. They're tiny and contain coconut oil to carry the nutrients with no magnesium stearate.I usually take one or two capsules daily. I feel more energetic with no leg cramps! Highly recommended.

One of our go to supplements. Easy size to swallow and is a coconut oil base which we like.

Was by using another brand but this one is doing better for me. I will order again

Keeps my Vitamin D levels up, so yay. Bonus is they smell nice and are pretty small (easy to swallow).

Had blood work after taking these every day for about half the bottle. The doctor complimented me on having the best vitamin D levels she has seen. These are legit. Buying my second bottle now.
