Cream was recommended by a herbalist for someone with Shingles. It proved to be soothing and also helped the pain. A very nice cream to rub on with a pleasant smell, not too strong. Would buy again.

I purchased this to see if it would assist with my dog's skin problems. It has improved slightly but not to the extent that the product marketing suggests but of course this may be becasue I'm using it on an animal rather than human. I will continue with it's use until I find a better product.

Bought to try for nerve pain .. no effect seems to be the same as any emollient . May work for other conditions and results differ from person to person

As someone who has mild psoriasis/facial dermatitis for 50+ years, I have always disliked using the steroid based creams but found them a necessary evil sometimes, especially during the winter months.I have tried many other moisturisers but none are really as effective against the redness/scalesUntil now!Still early days (only a few weeks) but this cream seems to help a lot. Will update again after the winter, or sooner if my skin finds a way to defeat the effect.

Bought this having read some of the reviews and was pleasantly surprised at how good and versatile this cream is. Initially bought for inflamed skin on the face but it has replaced my regular moisturiser it sinks into the skin beautifully and really helps with the winter drying effects from the heating being on. Just a great little jar of magic will definitely be repurchasing this again!

It is not greasy. I love the gentle fragrance.

Purchased this for my 85 year old mother who had a very painful case of shingles. It was very soothing, moisturizing, and the recipe did a good job of making the neem oil scent, which can be a challenge. Of course, it didnt get rid of the rash (nothing does that) but it gave better and longer lasting relief than the lidocaine or capsaicin creams recommended by her doctor.

I tried this cream on a whim and I am surprised at how much I like it! Light scent, easy to apply. I (46F) was starting to get some eye and mouth wrinkles .. in less than a month of using it they have all but disappeared. Will be buying again and recommending this wholeheartedly!!

I was diagnosed with shingles about 2 weeks ago, with painful spasms and a blotchy skin rash. The skin became very sensitive and tender and burning. Lidocaine roll-on didn’t help. I read about this product so I bought it and tried it. The cream immediately calmed the burning and itching down to a bearable level. The effect wears off soon but it is a relief! I don’t know if the Neem oil has helped heal the blisters: they never scabbed and are disappearing into the skin slowly. I’m almost out of the cream after a week so I’m re-ordering another jar and plan to keep using it until I’m healed. I can use it on other skin problems and see if they improve.

Jar was half full. There was no seal between lid and contents. Not sure if there usually is as is my first time ordering. I reordered a replacement
