Faucet,
I love this item.

A bargain price equals shorter lifespan
First off, I bought this product "used, in like new condition". Not true. It was used as in used (moderate hard water buildup on the nozzle head and all). And it was missing the white diffuser that inserts into the head unit (where the water comes out). Fortunately, I was replacing parts on my existing faucet, not installing one from scratch and I had a working diffuser that I swapped over to the new head unit (which was the part that had failed and prompted this purchase). The other parts that I need to replace are trim pieces and those are in good condition. But the description of "used, in like new condition" is incorrect. The missing part could have been catastrophic had I not already had that part.Secondly, this is a cheap (price) faucet. You can't expect it to last like a Kohler or Delta or any other $300+ faucet on the market. We're going to be replacing our sink and I'll put a higher quality faucet on then, but this works for now. Can't beat it for the price. The seller gets 0 stars. The faucet gets 3. It's not a Lexus, it's a Ford Fiesta. But it's priced accordingly. Just don't expect too much from it.

It does not swivel. MY MISTAKE !! It does swivel.... sorry about that.
I used this product for use in my sink that is located in my garage. My old faucet broke, and it was a similarfaucet for a 3 hole, or 2 hole if you don't want the soap dispenser. It does not swivel, which would be my only negative.Overall, the quality looks good. Directions are very poor, but it is still easy to install. They give you a screw driver which is senseless, so the overall cost could be lower and therefore more attractive in the long run. Fancy bags cover the chrome, not necessary. They also send washers & nuts that aren't even needed. Lose the fancy packaging andkeep your cost down as a manufacturer. You'll do better in the long run that way. HOTIS.... never heard of it, but it appears OKAY so far. Should be $45 tops.

Slow leak from faucet handle turns into a nightmare!
Got this faucet for a good price, installation is straight forward, everyone in the house is happy right? Well, 1 week later we noticed there was a small puddle of water by the faucet handle. Then it became bigger and bigger as the days went by but everyone in the house thought it was someone using it during the night and not wiping the water. One day I lifted the faucet handle and noticed the pool of water "inside" the faucet handle. Then I opened the cabinet below and saw a lot of water everywhere! So I shut the water valves off, wiped up all the water and removed the new faucet and inspected the problem. The problem was not by my installation... the problem was within the faucet handle itself! Poor design and I have the pictures to show that the water was leaking from within the valve of the faucet handle down to the cabinet underneath the sink. What a nightmare!Customer service was piss poor at best. I was promised a "replacement" faucet but I was to provide pictures of the leaks. Then after I sent the pictures I was told that it was "my fault" for my installation. So I showed them all the pictures you are seeing now. So now their customer service says: (and I will word this exactly to the email written to me) "we dont have the nickel finnish that u want only stainless and you must return the broken faucet" So I sent the broken faucet in hopes of a replacement. After 5 days I get nothing. I contact customer service and they stated they haven't gotten the faucet, yet I have proof they got it from my certified mail. Two weeks later I receive my exact replacement, only to notice parts missing. Ship it out to get another, this time it is Amazon to the rescue! New faucet gets installed, and so far no leaks. For 3 weeks (it leaks again and it is in the trash!) Got my money back and bought a Kohler faucet and no more leaks. In short, do not do business with this seller and do not purchase said faucet. The pictures are proof of such a terrible and cheap product. Customer service is a joke! It felt like I was typing with a teenager using awful grammar. -2 stars You get what you pay for!
