I have owned and constantly used several of these trail cameras for 3 years for multiple purposes including home security, timing deliveries, recording wildlife day and night, and even recording indoor visual-only events. It does not record sound. This is soo weird. I am using these for observing wildlife on my wild acreage in Wisconsin and my shoreline in Minnesota. At first I thought someone was messing with it and erased everything, but they are on two different properties 5 hours apart. I used 128 GB SD card, and 8 Energizer Lithium batteries (like they suggested) in both. I had the date & time set and on the first one I didn’t really understand the operating window setting. I thought I set it from 5 pm - 6 am. Wrong.I got back to retrieve it and it was dead.Didn’t turn on, show settings - nothing. But then I put the card in my laptop and there were 999 photos all between 9:02 am and 10:47 am.!?The same day.AND the date and time were all wrong.I assumed the batteries were dead from 999 pics in ONE morning!? I plugged it into the power cord and still nothing. The next day I put the card back in the camera and tried again, then the ‘on’ & ‘set’ buttons worked! ANd the batteries were 100% charged! So weird!I reset the date & time and the timing window using 24 hr instead it 12hr, but haven’t had time to set it up again.ALSO my husband checked the second one at the lake today, we set it there because we saw cougar prints in the sand last week, he said it was totally blank - dead - wouldn’t turn on and showed nothing. I am so disappointed and hoping this one will eventually show up with some photos like the first. I DID have the second one set properly with the overnight hours and I was SO hoping to catch the cougar.Right now they are not working at all like they should. I hope it’s just something I missed.Picture quality is great (daytime only so far).Set up was a bit complicated - they could have explained the pic settings a bit better.The strap and device overall is good quality.

They work great for a about a year. Easy to set up and have good battery life. But stop working after the first few months.

I really like these cameras. Since Moultrie changed theirs, I needed to find something along the line of their original ones and these are pretty close, at a less expensive price. I like the pictures and the night vision is good within 40'. I did have a problem with one of the cameras, but they did replace it with a new one. I think the only complaint I would have is they did not send a return slip for the defective camera like Moultrie does. Other than that, I think they are a good value.

WAY better than I thought it was going to be. definitely worth the money.

They both have worked very well, I use them as security cameras for my house. The night pics/video isn't the greatest, but we'll worth the dollar value. I've been running 2 for 4 months in rain and as cold as - 2'c so far on Nicad batteries without fail. One thing I found was that they require a 6v 2A powersupply or several batteries, but I've used a 6v 600mA p.s. And works as intended. The setup was fairly easy as far as settings go. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to see what it is recording while it is filming to help with adjusting its camera angles, but you can figure it out with time.

Easy to set up. Easy to program. Works excellent. Wish the motion detector had further range but really can’t complain. I’m super happy with this purchase.

Takes clear day and night pictures. I haven't used the video but the pictures feature is great. I caught tons of wildlife with them, even bought a second pair.

Purchased to find out what was eating all my bird feed from our back yard feeder at night. (3 deer) video is motion detected but found frame didn't seem to capture the wildlife very long so you end up with multiple short video's
