The most bioavailable Vit C out there, with spirulina also in it. Great quality and a lot for a great price. We only absorb 500mg at most at one time (which is why GI upset always occurs in the mega doses) and this is gentle and no upset. Will definitely reorder

I have used Pure Planet products for years. This particular product is a food-based Vitamin C product therefore the rate is considerably higher (80% maybe) than the synthetic chemical Vitamin C tablets that are very commonly sold over-the-counter that only get absorbed maybe 10%.I know you will be pleased.Typically I take five of the Amala-C Plus tablets and two of the Pure Planet Hawaiian Spirulina blue-green algae capsules every morning in conjunction with 2 ea. 2,000 iu Vitamin D3 capsules.I take all of this on an empty stomach with Barley Grass Juice Powder and filtered water blended with an electric hand mixer. 20-30 minutes later I fix a normal breakfast.That is my routine.

Been using it for the last several weeks. It replaced a previous product which was a powder which was bitter and sour and tough to take. These pills are small, easy to swallow and have no taste. I have been using it for the last several weeks and i love it and definitely see a difference and plan on continuing for a long long time

Finally a vitamin C without ASCORBIC ACID. No fake stuff here, all natural acai and spirulina. I love these.

Have not seen any positive effects, was hoping for thicker hair and more length.

I definitely feel better after taking this vitamin c product vs others. The bioavailability of this really makes a difference. I only votes 4 stars because you need to take 10+ of these pills a day. Also I don't particularly care for the taste of spirulina.

Last time I ever take advice from Dr. Oz. I bought this because it was suggested Amla could help with excessive perspiration and detox the lymphatic system. All it did for me was gut my intestines. I took it twice. Both times I experienced gut wrenching abdominal cramping, followed by diarrhea that lasted two days.Never again. I tossed these suckers.
