Exactly what is described!
Exactly like it described 10 starter decks including the retail store pop up box. It had double of some of the same leader cards which was fine because I was splitting them up for Christmas presents anyway. I was just trying to get my husband an assortment of different leaders so it was perfect. Ended up with 2 Goku, 2 Cell, 2 Vegeta, 1 Gohan, and 1 Trunks.

Incredible value
This was a big Christmas hit for my 9 year old son. It is a beautiful display box (open it carefully) like you see in stores and the boxes of cards are large and high quality. Any Dragonball Z fan would love it!
