Silpat The Original Perfect Pizza Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, 12" Round, AH305-01

I use this to make plain potato and corn chips in the microwave. I thin slice potatoes (or quarter corn tortillas), put them on this silpat (no plate needed -- just put the silpat right on the glass turntable) and microwave until desired done-ness (the timing will depend on how powerful your microwave it). Delicious no-oil, no-salt snacks! Easy!

Used many times it does the job and never argues with me.

Didn’t realize it was going to be “see” through, with holes to give it more airflow? I have to use another mat behind it so my food actually cooks evenly. But I would recommend looking into this brand for cooking without parchment/tin foil!

I kept having trouble with my pizza dough sticking to the pan after cooking it. Even with using parchment paper or putting down some cornmeal. I don't cook with oil so I’m sure that’s part of why they stick.This little item worked great!! No stuck dough!! Loved it so much I had to get a second one since I usually make pizzas in pairs.

These are great! It changes pizza night for good.I bought two and alternate them in the oven. While one is in the oven, I use the second to lay out the dough and prep the second pizza. This makes for a great "pizza and movie night" system. Theres always a fresh pizza coming out of the oven and everyone takes one or two sizes, so you get to try multiples toppings/types.I STRONGLY recommend buying a pizza stone and using a large spatula to help pull them from the oven.I think these would work fine with fairly loose dough too. I've never had dough soak through the mesh mat.

I got this hoping to replace parchment paper when I make pizza at home. I used it with a traditional pizza pan and it worked really well, my crust wasn’t soggy or burnt.
