It works but only for small dogs
I read the reviews and they were all pretty negative but so far so good, I use the lead to run with my Jack Russell every Sat at Parkrun.I can see why people complained about it breaking as it’s not going to be strong enough to run with a larger dog. Love the fact that it also doubles as a regular lead

Didn't like this. Couldn't get used to the swing arm to stop mechanism felt like a workout on its own flaying my arms about trYong to get it to stop. The attachment also didn't feel comfortable on my wrist. Good concept but I ended up wire burning my fingers trying to stop dog frim going after another dog when the jolt to stop didnt work.

Spoilt by inadequate catch
This is a potentially good product I was looking forward to trying out. Sadly it is completely let down by a flimsy catch where it would attach to the dog collar. The catch was loose and dropped off the collar the first time I tried it. Only the fact I'd thrown away the packaging stopped me returning it. Such a shame that a few more pence were not spent on a sturdier clasp.

Broke on second use
It didn't take a lot of force to break. The stitching near the collar lead undid.

This is a good device if you have several dogs to walk and really need a spare hand. As this connects to the wrist it effectively frees up one hand. But the leash is not long enough and it's not suitable for a strong, frisky dog as there is nothing substantial to grab onto when you need more control.

"Handy" lead
Great dog lead, handy (excuse the pun) for a day out when walking poochie.Only draw back is could actually be 2 metres longer, otherwise ideal
