So this thing is awesome. I got it today. Opened the box put the mouthwash in the container. Turned it on and slide the cup under the dispenser and "bam" I have my cup full of mouthwash all ready. It is nice looking, the little cups on top stay put nicely and it works great! I love it!! Completely not needed but waht a cool gadget that saves seconds.

The media could not be loaded. I really was satisfied with my purchase at first, was very convenient with counter space, and you have the option to hang it. The holder is not wide but also holds a good amount of mouthwash. And then one day it just stopped working. Now I have to research another one which is inconvenient. I feel this one was too expensive. The only thing I can give it credit for is the battery, it does last a while.

Just got this and I LOVE IT! So far, so good. So easy to set up and use that instruction supplied are not really necessary. No clogging issues and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the fact that the cups are magnetically stationed both on top and when pouring mouthwash.

I was in full-blown, return mode. All I had to do was rebox, print the label and go to the UPS store for drop off. I was rinsing out the machine, because yes, I did try to use it. I didn't have the top secured on. It was just sitting on top of it. I wanted to clean out the hose from the residue. And, to my very pleasant surprise when I placed the cup underneath the water flowed out of it Just fine. Then it dawned on me, the tubing that goes in it was actually a tad bit too long. Which is why I wasn't able to get the proper mouthwash flow. I snipped just a tiny bit of the tip. Put it back in there, and it's flowing wonderfully. EXCELLENT machine and would suggest you buy it.

Works great! Only issue is if the fill tube hits the bottom of the dispenser and if you can’t push it back up enough, the dispenser will stutter, so to speak. Best fix is to cut the tube at the bottom just a bit and all is good.

Purchased this back in February. Worked great for about 10 months then all of a sudden it stopped working properly. There are three settings you can have (10ml/20ml/30ml) I always keep it on the 30ml. After the Listerine runs out I always perform the “flush” maintenance where you flush the line. The product worked fine, then all of a sudden it started slowing down. I made sure it was charged fully, but it seems as though its motors aren’t sucking up the liquid properly leaving a drizzle stream on the 30ml. Would not recommend
