Bought as a birthday present for our grandaughter as she had outgrown her previous bike.She absolutely loves it.A good quality bike and a good price when compared to some other retailers.

Received item took it out of box to find rear brake lever was snapped

It is a good bikeI struggled to put it together but I suffer with chronic illness and 1st time putting a bike together that require more than adding pedals.I am sure someone stronger & with more experience will be able to put this bike together fine.However the chain is way to loose for the bike and keeps coming off the I has a parent at the school who is experienced look at it and there conclusion after checking bolts etc is that 1 or 2 links needs to be remove from the chain.Because of the type of chain it is I either have to buy a chain tool or take it to a shop.So might be something to bare in mind when buying any bike not nesserary this bike.Otherwise the bike is great and my little girl loves it so much

A great bike so far. Very good looking. The brake handles are a little far for small hands but other than that a great buy.

Was okay to assemble but there was no air in the tyres so had to go out and buy a pump pay extra for it after paying £120 for the bike.
