Prestige Clean Home PSB 10 Plastic Magic Mop (Blue)

This is a very good and sturdy mop for cleaning marble wooden granite floor. I am using it since last 4 years. Only the steel handle lock needs some improvement in terms of quality. Because the handle lock did not lasted more than a year. But still it is very comfortable. Drain spout cap started leaking after 4 years. But that is acceptable because it is made up of rubber, the threads worn out. Overall the product is very good.

I am using this product since a week. We chose it over Gala as it has steel wringer. Received it as shown in the picture with two extra mop heads and microfibre heads. Satisfied with the condition of received product. Mopping process is quick, easy and hassle free with this. Dust particles get adhered well to microfibres. Quality of plastic is good and colour is also the same as shown in the picture. Wheels and handle also work well. But handle looks fragile so I dont use it very often to move the bucket. Cleaning agent dispenser is enough and works as expected. You can refill it every week if mopping daily. Only problem is it doesnt clean the corners as expected. It is possible that I dont know the right technique. Good for working people as it saves the time. Good for those who have difficulty in bending or have larger areas to mop. But yes, it does require some strength to move. So really doubtful whether fragile elderly can use it. In all, good quality product and value for money.

After 6 months of use review.This product quality is good.This type of technology makes life simple u don't have to bend and do mopping with a cloth using ur hands,just a mop that can slide any corners in any direction.I removed 2 stars because u need to apply lot of force for rotating mop in water(for this instead of rotating mop in water just dip the mop in water like how u dip biscuit in chai) and then rotate mop in steel drum and another problem is its mop rotating rod mechanism breaks after few months and u don't get the same magic mop from prestige anywhere(most probably u will not get it serviced also because these companies don't provide spare parts. I did a quick research on Amazon but I couldn't find spares of this. ) u have to buy from another brand.The best choice, closest one to design of prestige mop is gala rod.U can buy single mop rod from gala brand, if ur mechanism breaks. 1 Tip i wanted to give u all. after buying it, below the bucket there will be 6 screws. apply little bit of grease or oil to avoid screws from rusting as the bucket will be in constant contact with water. Then on top of screw slot apply a cello tape or any plastic sticker so that grease or oil doesn't fall on the floor. My screws got rusted. I don't want anyone to face this same problem.Edit-Today After 2yrs the prestige bucket is still in gud working condition only thing is I have to change mop rod after it breaks(that's about 4-5 months with twice a week usage) . If u want to invest in a gud mop bucket then I will suggest u to buy this prestige mop or if u want to go for other brand then make sure u buy the metal rotating drum bucket and not plastic drum one. Plastic ones are cheaper and weaker then metal drums.Quick update: nov 2019 just now I bought my 2nd mop. so now at an average for me the mop rod lasted for about 1yr with a usage of 2 times per week(a few months I was not using also) . I wanted to buy a new mop rod but i couldn't buy gala as it was out of stock. So i went for another one that is primeway company mop rod. Trust me i love it better then gala . Its very smooth also I don't have to put much pressure. I can just rotate the mop in steel drum with just two fingers it's that smooth. The best part is this mop refills come in standard size so u can choose any brand as u feel comfortable. When u are going for a new brand try to go for full set that is rod with disc and not just only rod. Till now I have used 2 brands. In gala I faced 1 problem that is it's lock mechanism was weak.Thank u for reading my review 🙂

Value for money last for 3 years , still working inchanged the rod of mop.Ease of use ,Rotation ,Size is comfortable, materials is plastice and durability also good .

The media could not be loaded. Been eyeing this product for a long time and haven't seen the price decreasing muchfinally bought it for mom so that she could clean the home without carrying bucket and lesser strain for her. Prestige is a brand and brand name wont always provide best but this isn't case of this mop it provides best features with 1 major defect that I think needed to be rectifed soon enough.
