Berberine gluco gold is the best product on the market for helping to lower your blood sugar. My husband has been taking it for about 5 years and his numbers are staying in the normal range. He was able to stop taking metformin and that alone makes it worth every penny.

This helps with blood sugar. Good value. But the large size and gritty texture makes it hard to swallow
