I have taken Omega-3 supplements for a long time, and I've tried various brands and dosages to find the one that works best for me.The serving size (1200mg) of this Omega-3 supplement has high levels of EPA (600mg) and DHA (400mg), which is nice because I can stick with the 2 capsules daily, as suggested on the bottle, unlike my previous brand where I had to take more capsules to get the same benefits.It is worth mentioning that the vitamin E present in the capsules helps to prevent them from going rancid, as I read in a Healthline article about Omega-3 supplements.The capsules are easy to swallow and have a light smell. Under 20 for 60 softgels that are clean isn't bad for this fish oil formula.. the recommended dose is 2 daily, of course you can adjust based on your daily omega 3 fatty acid needs- I like to hit 3 grams daily, but it's a month supply at their recommended dosage. The capsules are bovine gelatin based and go down easily. Didn't notice any fish burps. This company has some other better products, not sure this is their standout formula- seems like re-inventing the wheel. The fish oil is sustainably sourced, but you don't know the contaminat levels- so I'd choose a brand of fish oil with better transparancy on heavy metals and contaminants like IFOS or GOED certified.

I've been taking fish oil supplements ever since my first pregnancy over a decade ago and love the benefits for my skin and heart health. These capsules are easy to take and don't have a fishy aftertaste.

Unfortunately, with supplements like this it is difficult to grade the supplement on any objective scale. I didn't have any adverse effects while taking this. The taste is fine. The size is good for ingestion. As for how potent these fish oil pills are, hard to say....

The best thing about this is i get no fishy burps. Very easy to swallow and i get my daily dose of Omega quick and easy.

MTN OPS Omega 3 Fish Oil Supplement cane well sealed and packaged well. The oil is comprised of 3 fish types Anchovy, Sardine and Mackerel. The capsules themselves are medium in size compared to others I've taken. They are fairly easy to swallow. I did however experience fish burps with these and that is my reason for lower rating. I feel there are better quality fish oils out there that are burpless.

I wanted to try these for a few days before writing a review. These are easy to take capsules that cover your necessary Omega-3 intake. I tried these with food and without food and had no adverse effects. I also didn’t notice any fishy aftertaste or those awful fish oil burps - if you know, you know. Overall, these seem to be a decent product, at a fair price. I’d recommend.
