This Knife is as Sharp as it is Comfortable. I have bought many name brand knifes that cost 3x more than this one and have not been as happy. Don't be fooled and over pay for a brand name knife from the big box stores. I would recommend this knife to anyone who likes to cook with sharp comfortable knife.

Got it yesterday, awesome quality! I used it right away, glides through whatever you’re slicing. The weight is perfect, feels very comfortable in the hand. It’s definitely the sharpest knife in my drawer.

My first impression was how light the knife felt in my hand. Perhaps that's a good thing for some folks, but I generally prefer a knife with a little heft, something that feels substantial, as if it's helping do the cutting. It's a beautiful looking knife and comes in a lovely gift box, probably a nice gift for someone who likes to cook, but doesn't have any decent knives, basically a starter knife. If the knife outperforms my expectations, I'll come back and update my review, but so far it's just okay.

This knife looks sharp and is sharp. I like the weight and the feel. Smooth to handle, so I bought another one for my mother-in-law, who is picky about that. She used it and loved it.
