I found that the straps dig into my under arm & shoulder, it was v uncomfortable to wear. I tried adjusting it, but it seems to not be fit for purpose for my body type & under 5ft 3. I’m big boned but short in stature, not over weight. Disappointed

Can definitely hold one straighter.... but not comfortable to wear for going out to work or on a daily basis .... can really only be used at home ... straps are too thick in the front and over the shoulders to allow it to be warm under clothing !!

I work 15 years as a computer scientist and my back posture is poor. I used different posture correctors, but they only reminded me about correct posture without improving it. This one is different, really pull my shoulders back and straightens my back. I love the ease of being to put the corrector on myself, especially with the excellent booklet added. Definitely a good buy :)

is ok but it keeps moving up if you are an active person, better while sitting or walking around, I try to use it everyday but my job is quiet physical so i need to fix it very often.

Uncomfortable, difficult to adjust and ineffective.

Unfortunately, it's too small for me, even though I only measure 35 inches in breast size.I ordered a medium but on the packaging it is marked with "S" as small.So I have returned it.

My sis has really bad back posture and keeps complaining of back pain, so I bought her this to try.Easy, good quality, well made and comfortable to use.Better to use something underneath, Like a shirt and adviced to use for a couple of hours a day.The only cons it is not padded and can become less comfortable (under armpits only) after some hours of using it, my suggestion to the seller is to add 2 cuffings to the pack.

Easy to wear, light to travel with. A bit restrictive movement if wearing while driving. Seems to be working. You need to wear it for a few minutes at regular intervals throughout the day and increase usage everyday. Only set back is the size - it does not fit all sizes of bodies. Good for small, medium structures.
