Works Great if you have blocked nose and sore throat. It's very easy to usethese. Just boil water. Put the water in a bowl and drop one steam pod. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in for 15 mins. Works like magic.

great item .earlier we use to put vicks vaporub into hot water and it used to get messy but this item is great.

While this is good for use in a container or bucket, this is not useful for steamers. Unfortunately this was sold along with a steamer and I realised that the usage is not much.
