Product works great and sound really nice. I travel a lot for work and these are light weight so carrying them around is easy. I really like that they connect to multiple devices can be using them for VOIP and also take a call on my phone if it rings.

I really like these headphones and I didn't know what to expect buying them used but they're great quality and it's as if I bought them new.They pair very quickly and allow multiple devices to pair at one time (I think two max?) which is awesome 'cause I can pair my phone and my laptop during the workday.The charge holds a long time, I can use 'em for 8 hours and forget to charge them overnight and they last the whole next work day too. I love that they have a USB-C charger port because those are more ubiquitous, I have a few around my house, I don't have to go rummaging for like a micro-usb charging cable if I can't find the cable.The microphone sounds great. I was previously using the microphone integrated within my logitech webcam and it wasn't the best directional mic, it sounded like I was speaking from a concert hall because of the echo in my room. I can film tutorial videos for work using these headphones' mic and it sounds great.These are NOT noise cancelling headphones, but that's good for me because I need to be able to hear if my wife shouts for me on the other end of our home or like, my microwave goes off or something.

i bought these for gaming but they don't work for more then phone calls. when you use the microphone is switched the sound to mono so everything sounds awful. there's no work around this because of the Bluetooth that is sued in the headset. if you are going to get these for gaming. DONT

I spend a good amount of time in Teams and was looking for a wireless headset that would let me run down and get coffee w/o losing the connection to my laptop. In that regard they were great, I have a 2 story 1500 sq/ft house and was able to walk downstairs and even in the basement w/o any problem. They are very lightweight and comfortable and I could wear them a long time w/o it starting to bother me.The audio quality is not the greatest and sounds a little tinny.The deal breaker was the microphone. Someone noticed the difference in my voice and pointed that out in a meeting, not good or bad, just different. The noise cancelation seems to work pretty well as no one in the meetings complained about my typing while the mic was not muted. The bad part is, when you flip up the mic to mute it, it also turns off the speakers. This is not what I was expecting so they're going back and I'll keep looking.

Frequently turns off. It will say that it is powering off but it’s quite annoying since I use these for work. Otherwise, they are awesome. They were a good price and are so comfortable and nice to look at. My old headphones would squeeze my head and yet slide off the top. These fit perfectly but I’m a very small person so take that into consideration. Better life is great.Also, people can’t hear much background noise and I can’t hear much with them on either.

I absolutely love these. I came across these renewed headphones, and they were brand new. the box had a slight rip on the top from being opened once before, the cord and a bag for the headphones were also in the box, so that was a nice plus. the adjustment on the headphones is very smooth and is so easy compared to 'clicking' adjustments on other headphones. I got these for WFH and I haven't had the change to use the mic on the headphones, but these synced with my Mac mini easily and I downloaded the app to adjust settings as needed. These were such a good deal considering I paid half the price of the regular headphone price. I highly recommend!

I bought 2. One first for work then one for gaming. Perfect for both environments. Great connection via bluetooth. Dont the dongle version if you PC/laptop has a compatible bluetooth card. Muting with the the flip up and down mic stick is flawless. FYI, one of them needed a firmware update (which scared me) but worked as should after the update.

I use a headset for my business and this one has the most clarity compared to others from top brands. I like the noise cancellation and the fact that it connects well without lag. The only issue is that it constantly turns off after a set amount of time. Not the biggest problem to have, but becomes a slight inconvenience with trying to answer a call.
