Scallop Border Nursery Wall Stencil - Size L, 10X80CM, Reusable Mylar Stencil for Wall, Floor, Fabric, Furniture Decor

I bought the Large size stencil 10x80cm, to use for my daughter’s bedroom. I love that even the packaging included a QR code to receive helpful tutorials that really made my experience painting with this stencil much easier! The stencil works wonderfully, the thickness of the stencil was just right. Not too flimsy like some others I’ve bought, firm enough to stay in position to paint.I will add that a lot of time and patience does still need to be put into this. If you rush it, the pain can spill under the stencil, especially if you haven’t taped the stencil flat to the wall first. (learnt that the hard way)The corners of the room were the hardest, I felt like cutting the stencil in half to give me a single scallop to use but I decided to just do them by hand.It was trial and error, as this was my first time painting with a stencil and after learning the correct technique, I am absolutely in love with the end result!All in all, I would definitely buy this or any other stencil through this seller again, definitely value for money!

This is a great little stencil. Highly recommend watching the tutorial which is accessible via a QR code on the stencil itself. I bought everything mentioned on it which worked perfectly. The only thing I did differently was use a high quality cutting in brush to help with the second coat, as I’d already done 2 coats on my split wall beforehand so this helped me build coverage easily, but the foam roller is also good for this and you can afford to put a bit more paint on the stencil brush/ roller by the second coat as needed. It took a little time to do, and going round the corners was tricky, but enjoyable nonetheless with an excellent finished result.

Perfect size and shape.Pretty tricky to get on the wall level as it’s fairly floppy. The lines are not 100% perfect so be prepared to touch up some areas but overall it’s a good effect.I did a thin layer, gave it a quick blow dry with a hairdryer and then did another layer to save time on resticking for a second coat.

I would recommend watching the YouTube video made by the team before starting your project. You can find this in the qr code on the stencil itself. Following their instructions the stencil is easy to use and creates even scallops.

I wouldn't bother with this stencil. I spent a whole week watching videos and guides on how to do it correctly. Still ended up with bleeding. Emailed the company and they told me if the images I sent them were the only bleed I had then that was good. Absolute joke as it was my first stencil. I'm onto my second day and haven't even completed a full wall yet! Wishing I never started because it looks awful!

Originally purchased the larger one and returned it as they were too big but return was simple and easy to do. I didn’t stick on the stencil as it was freshly painted/plastered so I used the stencil and drew around it. I felt like was more secure and less chance of messing up. Love the final look

Very happy with the results. If you follow all the advice on the accompanying video then the stencil works really well.

Great Product! Has a QR Code which links to a very easy and understandable tutorial! Has great flex so you can get into corners! 100% would recommend.
