Mr. Coffee® 4-Shot Steam Espresso, Cappuccino, and Latte Maker with Stainless Steel Frothing Pitcher

This Espresso maker rocks! When you clean the espresso basket there is a piece that flips up to hold it in place and protect your fingers from being burned. I noticed someone said they had an issue and suspect that was only due to this flap being raised, if it is you would not be able to properly seat the basket. Creates excellent espresso and using switch to steam milk works perfect to as well for vending remaining steam before cleaning basket. Everything works flawless, it may not be the fanciest machine out there but the value is absolutely outstanding for price. I had no problems creating cappuccinos with this with perfect foam using a variety of milks including higher protein lactose free milk. Creamy foam rich espresso, incredible coffee shop like experience. Basically pays for itself in ten uses and you can make your own delicious coffee treats exactly like you want. I like to use sugar free vanilla bean, pistachio, and cinnamon flavored syrups as well when I am feeling like sweet but a plain cappuccino is also superb. Especially if having with a pastry!

I really wanted to get a new expresso machine but I didn't want to spend much money, so honestly I didn't have high expectations based on the price. Well, I have been using it for two weeks now in a daily basis, sometimes 3+ times the same day, I couldn't feel happier with my purchase, I have a perfect Cappuccino in a few minutes and my house smells like a Coffee shop. Bottom line, it works very well, my coffee tastes awesome and it's very easy to use. It's worth every penny!

This thing is beyond stupid... It's super fussy to begin with. So many steps to setting up and running it... The water reservoir is tiny. If you want a double espresso and stop frothy milk to go with it, you almost have to load the thing twice. That makes you have to wait for it to cool down before you get to add more water... Just a PITA. Then the espresso is garbage. The quality of the extraction is abysmal....If all of was wasn't a problem, there's the main issue with it. The portafilter is impossible to get in and out. There's even a warning on the user manual about it. The machine is so light and flimsy. When you try to get the filter in, you have to hold the machine down hard. My wife wasn't able to and it was only possible for me to get it done because of my big hands. I don't understand why they had to do it this way, since other products of this brand offer easier to manage filters.Overall quality and performance is a joke. It's cheap and it shows... Worst design in the market...The milk frother thing is the only redemption, but with the trash espresso... It's hard to justify keeping this nonsense...

Very nice entry level expresso machine. Solid construction and small size for the counter top. Might not suit true coffee afficionados, but works perfectly for me. I was up and running in minutes of opening the box.

This makes a pretty great latte. Really easy to use and great for the price. My main gripe with it is how long it takes. Making espresso is around 3 minutes and steaming milk is around 4 minutes. With prep and cleanup it takes me 10 minutes to make a latte. I need it to be faster!

As a former owner of a coffeeshop, I have to say this lil machine really does an impressive job of making espresso shots and frothing milk for no bigger than it is and the price point! My friend has one and has had hers for 8 years and talked me into buying this one, and so far, I am very pleased! It is VERY easy to use!!!
