Xbox 360 Controller Dual Button Rapid Fire Mod Kit

Easy to install, not very fast and does not come with blue led's if you want a good mod go to xmods.info they are great mod i recently bought the 100 mode controller for xbox with the blue led's and it is amazing and worth the money

Over all I like this mod, It works well and is easy to install. However I had some placement issues with the IC chip and damaged it. The seller was AMAZING and sent me a replacement chip. With the new set up I have shrink tube over every connection including each pin on the chip, as well as a thin piece of plastic super glued in between the capacitors the chip is supposed to rest on. and in turn super glues the chip onto that AND placed a piece of MYLAR tape on the components near by. Overall great MOD but take your time and protect ALL exposed wires or your chip WILL heat up and melt the hot glue thus shorting the chip to the board. ALSO if you are planning on using the LEDs in the package make sure you set your iron to 600 degrees above that you have a chance of melting the pads right off the cheap china board microsoft uses.

The left button does not work it was installed properly nothing is touching other then that its sweet

Ok, ao the first time i got it was missing parts and didn't work, and even almost ruined my controller! I wrote a bad review so they decide to send me there most expensive mod and thumbstick, i haven't tried the mod yet I'm planing on doing that soon. the problem i had though was that they game me PS3 thumbsticks not xbox so that was stupid. any way its an ok product

It's a modification, that does what it is supposed to, making the button from single shot to rapid fire. It worked fine.

this took me about 2 hours to instal. the directions were very easy to follow and every thing came in a nice zip lock bag. i did have to take the rumble packs out because they got in the way of the button. works good but it is not the fastest mod ive ever seen but u cant beat it for the price.

The xbox controller mod disc was unreadable, and the remaining parts were not intuitive to work with. We were unable to modify out controller, and though the cost of the kit was small, I would like another kit sent out and have someone assure the disc is reasonable.If so, I will change my rating of 1.Regards,ThankYouComeAgain

I received mine quickly and in good condition. Inside a small ziploc were all the parts needed for the mod (not counting drill, hot glue gun or soldering iron) stuck neatly in styrofoam. The disk in the picture is for your computer and has a PDF file on it which happen to be detailed easy to follow instructions with great pictures. Tucked inside that little bag were four blue L.E.D.s for the ring of light on the controller, I installed these as well and they worked like a charm and are super bright. The only negatives to this product were the fact that the controller is a little harder to open afterwards and I had to take out my rumble packs. (I'm sure you could keep them in but I drilled my holes in a bad place.)***Also be sure to have a hot glue gun, I used plastic model glue and the buttons were pushed into the controller.
