There was some kind of dye stain on it.

I really like this beach "blanket". However, this is by no means what I think of as any kind of blanket. It is like the material a kite is made out of. This actually works even better for my plans for this neat looking flamingo. I plan to use it as a back drop in a vinyette for part of a Mad Hatter Tea Party luncheon's decor. It will go perfectly with croquet with flamingo mallets! A great photo op too! This also comes with sturdy little plastic stakes to pin it down. A really cool product, if you understand this is not made of a usual blanket material. Super cool though! Love it!

Cute print. Soft and absorbent. Would make a great birthday gift or a vacation purchase.

The pretty pink flamingo beach blanket is a great addition to my collection. It is super sand resistant and a silky soft material. You don't even need to put a towel on top of it. I like that it comes with stakes to secure it on a breezy day. It is really compact, too. It stuffs right back into its handy dandy bag which hardly takes up any space in the beach bag. This is a great blanket for beach, picnics, camping or backyard hangouts!

This is a cute design. I would not call it a blanket per se. I would call it a ground cover. It appears to be made of a thin material - like a parachute - is how I would describe it. It comes with stakes to anchor the 4 corners. You can also put weight into the pockets to hold it down. It is extremely lightweight and HUGE! This is definitely something that will be noticed just for its size alone as well as the flamingo pattern. A big plus for me is that it is machine washable.

These beach blankets are so nice for sandy beach days. They are compact, great to take on a plane to sunny tropical places. The sand shakes off of them and they are water proof. I won’t go back to regular blankets.

We bought this cause our new puppy was peeing on the bed and this works great I also think it can be used on our gazebo come summer, as well as the beach, many uses for this

This extra-large beach blanket measures 10' x 9', it's spacious enough to comfortably fit several people. However, it’s a thin nylon material, so I’m not sure it qualifies as a blanket. The thinness is practical because it doesn’t take much room, and stores easily into the carry pouch that it comes in. I would qualify it more as a ground cover for you to put your towels on when at the beach. It would be very useful to keep sand off of your towels and any other belongings.I do appreciate the construction, and that it has loops on the 4 corners so that you can place the stakes through and keep it secure on the ground. Otherwise this will act like a parachute and fly away. I’m looking forward to using it on vacation this summer, the pink flamingo design is adorable and will help me spot my area from afar.
