Tastes awful
I have tried different brands of Dulse flakes over the years and this one doesn’t taste right. I normally eat some every day and enjoy the taste. Not this product. It has a terrible taste that made me gag. Can’t return it or get a refund. Waste of money.

Strong flavor
I love all sorts of seaweed. It's kinda funny we have so many names for land plants but not so much for ocean plants. This has a strong, unique flavor, largely because of iodine, which can taste different to different people. I find it somewhat metallic.

Strong flavor, goes a long way, fresh
The dulce flakes are useful for some dishes. I make a lot of noodles, all different kinds, and these add a strong fishy flavor, so they don't complement everything. If you are making ramen, and you aren't using chicken flavoring, or pieces of pork, for example, then the dulce can work. But it can easily overpower a broth by adding a strong fish taste. Good texture, though, and adds a complexity to your food. The pouch is small, but it packs a lot of flavor into a small amount. If you use it only as garnish, it will last a long time. To get the kind of benefits indicated in the nutritional facts on the back of the pouch, you need to use 1/5 of the bag, and i think it’s too much to eat at once. Maybe to make a fish broth for some tofu and green onion?I really like nori in noodle dishes, and this is kind of similar in texture and undertones, but this has a stronger, different flavor. This dulce has the right texture and size and saltiness to complement a salad dish, but i feel you would not easily find a salad where you want fish flavor.

Chewy and salty fishy flavor but good
Less seaweed taste and more fishy flavor to me and they are like seed sized pieces not like flat flakes so not easy to add into foods just like that you actually have to soak them to really chew them. They are okay and not much sodium but taste salty. i like mori nu seaweed so this is not at all like that but you might love it!

It is awesome
Added these organic dulse flakes to my meals for an extra kick and some health benefits. They’re rich in iodine and other minerals, and they make for a good salt substitute or snack. It is strong, but I like the taste.

Nice flavor. Tasty
I like the added burst of saltiness that the Dulse flakes add to foods. This pack is very tasty and adds a burst of saline to dishes, a burst of the ocean that is wonderfully pleasant and exciting. It's a great way to brighten up your foods. Sprinkle in an scrambled eggs, salads, veggies, even the dull cottage cheese scoop, to liven them up. Dulse flakes will change the flavor profile. Go crazy! Have fun!OK, they are just dulse flakes, but they taste good and add a salty punch to foods. The flavor is good and they are great to add to foods, especially to foods that may be a bit 'dull' or need a bit of excitement.
