Not life changing but beneficial
These patches helped me sleep, both nights they’re on and the following nights too when I wasn’t wearing them. The black stuff is just what the patches are made up of - you are not secreting black good out of your feet - but of course, our feet sweat and let out toxins when we exercise so I totally get the herbal entities would draw them out. Don’t expect to have your life changed but they definitely improved sleep quality and it would be awesome if it was helping elsewhere but until someone tests we’ll never know
