I just used my cup for the third time and I am telling all my friends how great it is! I love it! I don’t have a regular cycle and spotting is very normal. With the cup I don’t need to worry about using toxic tampons, liners, or whether I would “come on” at any moment. There are NO leaks either. It was tricky to use the first time but after that I figured it out and it’s so simple. It can be messy but with the mess and waste it saves me, it’s significantly less.

I first bought this cup to send it to my sister that lives in another country... (not so easy to find this things over there) and ended up buying 4 More!Nice quality... nice material...

I liked how it saved me money from buying boxes of tampons for every cycle and I disliked the struggle to prevent leaking but eventually you’ll figure it out.

I’m very excited to have this to try and be more waste free. It had loads of information about the product and how to properly use making me a lot less nervous to try it!

Best thing about having your period with organicup is that you dont have to worry about changing it every 4-6 hours. Plus it is so comfortable that you even forget you are having your period.

I am not sure if I am using it correctly, it leeks!

Great for heavy flow days. Don't hate having periods anymore. Less cramps and less yucky feeling.

This is my third time buying one from this brand.I’ve tried other brands, but they were not as comfortable or leak proof as this one. This is just the perfect amount of soft and flexible to not feel it at all and it’s completely leak proof (until it’s full - I’ve had some days where I was bleeding heavily and when the cup is full it’ll definitely overflow).Only reason this is not one of those that it’ll last 10 years (like I’ve seen some brands promising) is because it stains. I’ve tried all the cleaning as suggested, I do the regular maintenance and all, but after a couple years, it’ll be all stained and gross and while it might be clean, it doesn’t feel like it and I just rather buy a new one.Now - I have hormone issues and in the past year I’ve had periods lasting non-stop for a full seven months - my use of these is HEAVY. So my use timing or issues with staining might just be a ME issue. Who knows. But I definitely recommend it in terms of day to day use and comfort.

Ik gebruik de cup al een vijftal jaar en ben hier zeer tevreden van! Deze heb ik gekocht ter vervanging van mijn eerste cup, die dus al die jaren al perfect meeging. In de nieuwe is er intussen een aanpassing gedaan aan de samenstelling, en ik vind deze eigenlijk nu zelfs beter. Hij kuist beter, zit comfortabeler en het eindje om hem aan vast te nemen is steviger. Ik raad deze aan iedereen aan. Je bespaart je zo veel geld en afval!

Mi ha cambiato completamente la vita!! super igienica, addio agli odori sgradevoli, appiccicume e sensazioni di attrito. A volte mi dimentico di averla addosso. Ormai la uso da quasi 5 anni ed è ancora perfetta.

Esta fue mi primera (y actual) copa menstrual que compré hace casi 3 años ya. Me pareció una muy buena marca por su compromiso con el medio ambiente ya que su packaging era free plastic. Aunque me daba mucho miedo dar el paso a usar la copa, era algo que llevaba resonando en mi mucho tiempo y que me apetecía mucho probar. Así que me decidí por esta copa.La primera vez la probé sin tener la regla, para intentar familiarizarme con el proceso. Fueron los 20 minutos más agobiantes de mi año... A la hora de insertarla no tuve ningún problema. En las instrucciones está muy bien explicado y ni me dolía ni sentía nada.El problema vino cuando intenté extraerla... Debo admitir que esa parte del proceso era la que más miedo me daba desde siempre. Fui con predisposición negativa, vaya, con los típicos pensamientos de "no voy a poder sacarla" "voy a tener que ir al médico para que me la saquen" "se me va a subir por todo el cuerpo hasta llegar a cualquier otro órgano", etc. Esto sólo empeoraba la situación y entré como en una indefensión aprendida.En otro momento tuve los pensamientos lúcidos de: "Todo lo que entra, sale" "Millones de chicas utilizan esto en su día a día y todas pueden sacarla, tú no eres menos capaz". Y así fue que con mucha paciencia y relajandome conseguí agarrarla, sacar el vacío y extraerla. A partir de este momento, empecé a utilizarla con normalidad: en el día a día, para hacer deporte, bañarme en la playa y piscina, trabajar, etc. Nunca he tenido ningún problema. Alguna fuga sí, sobre todo en los días más abundantes y de menos experiencia (por ponerla mal), pero es algo que no me preocupa en absoluto.La verdad que desde hace 3 años, regalo esta copa a todas mis amigas o familiares que aún no la usan. Me parece el mejor invento del universo por ser un producto sostenible, ecológico, cómodo, barato y útil.Yo tengo un flujo bastante abundante (antes utilizaba compresas de noche y tampax de color naranja), y la copa me la cambio cada 12 horas. Suelo hervirla en agua antes de que me venga la regla. (Al principio lo hacía al terminar y al empezar, pero no es necesario realmente).En el día a día, si tengo que cambiarmela fuera de casa, tampoco supone mucho problema (no soy nada aprensiva ni sensible a eso): la saco, la limpio con un papel y la vuelvo a introducir.Un acierto!! recomiendo mucho esta marca. Yo en principio seguiré utilizando esta porque me funciona perfectamente
