39 Inch Electric Guitar Bag 7mm Padding Waterproof Electric Guitar Case, Electric Guitar Gig Bag Backpack with Neck Strap and Pockets, Black

Obviously this is nothing like my high end travel bag but I was just looking for something to keep an old Strat in when I traveled in my car. After this bag has been thrown around in my vehicle, hauled in and out of hotels and house while I've been traveling over the last 3 month. For the price it has hold up great! It is very small I didn't think my full size Strat would fit in it but it fits great and the small size makes it great for traveling. I also store a small battery powered amp, small travel stand and chord in the front pocket. The handle and back straps seem to have held up well so far.

for the money it cost it"s a great deal well made pretty thick padding, storage pockets with good zippers. I would recommend it..

I'm a fan of triangle shaped gig bags. The don't announce "guitar" and the triangle shape makes it possible to attach the straps high enough on the bag so the guitar doesn't stick up 3 feet above your head.On this bag, they got the hard stuff right, but the easy stuff less so. The straps attach high enough so you can walk through a doorway without whacking the neck of your guitar (seems obvious, right?). The zippers work well, the handle and straps are nicely padded. But the case itself doesn't have much padding. On top of this, they pack the bag folded in thirds, so what padding there is shifts around and takes some effort to straighten and flatten things out.The guitar-shaped cases Fender sells for just a little more are way superior in terms of padding and protection but for my purposes, carrying a guitar in my trunk, or over one shoulder, or storing it in a closet, this bag is pretty much what I was looking for. But I have better cases for when I need them.
