Good night vision/shooting glasses. Not "glass" clear, but worth the money.

They aren't much different than other yellow lenses. They are light weight and help with glare from passing cars at night, which is what I got them for. If you want to get them as a gift, they come in a beautiful box.

Pros: Very nice quality. Look good. Fit well.Con: Not sure they do much to improve night or day driving.

Got these for my husband who has trouble with glares at night. He said they didn’t take glare away, just made a little better

Unfortunately these glasses didn't help might driving. At first they seemed to increase contrast a bit. So I tested them by pulling over while I was driving at night (in quiet places) and seeing whether there was really less glare, more contrast, or better ability to see forms in dark areas. It seemed that the coloration of the lenses mitigated the glare a bit but did so by making everything a bit darker. Really no easier to see under conditions of glare. Contrast was about equal. But the lenses darkened everything a bit, so that shapes and forms in dark areas were a bit harder to distinguish.The main night-driving hazard where I live is pedestrians. Since pedestrians legally always have the right of way, they walk in front of cars without making sure they are seen or giving you time to stop; day or night, often wearing dark colors. Slowing down to 15 mph doesn't help, they just cut it closer. Facing a hazard like this, these glasses would actually hinder seeing pedestrians in advance at night. So I returned them.
