I bought this hair wax for a costume and I tried to follow the instructions on how they wanted me to use it and it was a complete disaster my hair started to for blue dreadlocks, I did rate it 4 stars though so please continue to read! I washed it out and tried again. This product was actually easy to use once I figured it out and only took 10 minutes. It is very easy to clean off surfaces clothes and hair and it served its purpose. It made my hair blue washed out easy and didn’t leave a tint to my blond hair. Instead of running it through your hair and blow drying it “matte”, style your hair with it like it’s gel then blow dry your style. It does dry but kinda crusty but doesn’t look crusty. I wore it for 36 hours and it stayed blue and held its style with no transfer and easy to wash out just stand in the shower with styled hair and like it soak in the water. Maybe added 5 extra minutes to my usual hair wash and left my hair feeling normal. I bought 2 containers and only used 1 I’m 5’8 with mild thick hair below my butt. It’s not a hard wax consistency either similar to a soft Vaseline. I’d buy this again!

I had high hopes for this product, and it ended up being a disaster. First off I have dark thick hair so I was already expecting to be using most of the container for the pink color show. The pink coloring was so washed out and you could barely even tell it was pink. The paste itself made my hair feel so brittle and hard. On the instructions it said to use a brush to evenly spread it out. That just made it worse, at that point I had a lot of hair falling out. My hair brush is completely stained from the paste. I tried more water in my hair since I know it said your hair had to be 20% wet, but that just made it worse. You can just imagine the pink got everywhere. I ended up just washing the whole thing out because it was so gross. My bathtub got stained as well from the pink, I had to like deep scrub it. I will give it the one star because the paste did come off easier than I expected. I would also keep your pets away from this process, my cat loves being with me in the bathroom and a drop of the watery paste fell in her eye. Thankfully I had eye wash to clean it out. So disappointed in this paste, I ended up getting a wig at spirit at the end and that was so much better

Very disappointed because the red is definitely not the red shown in the advertisement. It’s more pink than red. Pink hair messed up my Halloween costume. So if you’re going for red this is not the product for you. Other then the color the product worked good.

I got the pink, which I expected to be a rose gold or dusty rose color. It ended up a washed out silvery lavender. The color isn't necessarily horrible, but not near what I expected and isn't that great even for being a lavendar. The wax itself was pretty runny and if I barely brushed my hand on, it would disappear. I have dark hair which I know makes a difference, but I have some other colors like this of a different brand that work amazingly. Even with those other ones, a couple colors weren't exactly as expected, but were still nice. This pink just sucks as a pink, it's kinda okay as lavender I guess, but it's still pretty underwhelming.
