I needed a snack bar that was acceptable with a low FODMAP diet... these were delicious...

One of the very few bars on the market that contain high quality nutritious ingredients (high protein dark chocolate, Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas), without cheap fillers and low sugar, but still manage to make them taste delicious. Keep up the good work Carman's!

These taste like a premium-quality bar. The ingredients are very fresh and full of flavour. A snack of one of these will always fill me up, where other snacks often leave me still hungry. Packaging means that the product is always fresh.

Taste ok, disappointing as soft. I expected crunch being nuts.
